Felt stuck recently, with too much going on to make real progress.

So I stopped. I grabbed a notebook and wrote down every single task by hand. This simple act helped me see what to focus on and what to park.

I broke the priorities down into just the next 2-3 small steps.

Clarity found.

I love a good podcast, but I’ve finally admitted they’re a productivity killer for me during the work day.

I end up procrastinating and don’t even absorb the content.

From now on they’re strictly for long drives and walking the dog.

What’s on your podcast top list at the moment?

Feeling stuck in your business? Big changes feel impossible when you’re stretched thin.

Meaningful change starts with small, deliberate actions to reduce daily friction, helping you reclaim valuable time.

There’s nothing quite like the first hour of a camp morning.

Just you, a cup of tea, and the quiet field. It’s the moment of calm and clarity you need before the wonderful, brilliant chaos begins. That peaceful start makes all the difference for the busy day ahead.

Various tents are scattered in the background against a line of trees, and a single black camping chair sits in the foreground.">

Are Your Business Systems Built on a Crayon Drawing?

You wouldn’t build a house from a crayon drawing, so why build your business without a blueprint?

Buying tech without a plan creates a tangled mess. My belief: design your process before you buy the software. That’s the key to building a business that can actually grow.

After coming to this area for over 20 years we decided to go and explore Rochechouart with a look around the art exhibit at the Château this afternoon.
